These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the TITANTOP ROOFING SYSTEMS website and your engagement of our roofing services. By accessing our website or signing a project contract, you agree to these Terms.

SERVICES

TITANTOP ROOFING SYSTEMS provides residential and commercial roofing installation, repair, inspection, and restoration services. Specific scope of work, pricing, and timelines are defined in individual project contracts. The estimates and proposals we provide are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified.

PAYMENT TERMS

Standard payment terms are as follows:

  • A deposit of 10–30% is required upon contract signing to secure scheduling and order materials
  • Progress payments may be required on large commercial projects per agreed milestones
  • Final payment is due upon project completion and customer walkthrough
  • Insurance claim projects are coordinated with your insurer; you are responsible for any deductible
  • Late payments beyond 30 days are subject to a 1.5% monthly finance charge

WARRANTY

TITANTOP provides workmanship warranties ranging from 10 to 50 years depending on the selected protection tier. Manufacturer material warranties are separate and registered directly with the manufacturer in the customer's name. Warranty terms are detailed in your project contract and warranty certificate. Warranties are void if:

  • The roof system is modified or repaired by parties other than TITANTOP without prior written consent
  • Damage results from acts of God, structural settlement, or conditions unrelated to TITANTOP's work
  • Required maintenance outlined in the care guide is neglected

INSURANCE CLAIM SERVICES

When TITANTOP assists with insurance claim documentation and negotiation, we act as your advocate but cannot guarantee specific settlement amounts. All insurance decisions are ultimately made by your insurance carrier. TITANTOP's certified public adjuster services are provided at no additional charge as part of storm restoration engagements.

CANCELLATION

You may cancel your contract within 3 business days of signing for a full refund. Cancellations after this period may be subject to restocking fees for ordered materials and administrative costs incurred.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TITANTOP's liability is limited to the cost of the contracted work. We are not liable for consequential, incidental, or punitive damages arising from delays, material availability, or circumstances beyond our control (severe weather, supply chain disruption).

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Any disputes arising from these Terms or a project contract shall first be submitted to mediation. If mediation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the American Arbitration Association's Construction Industry Rules in Denver, Colorado.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. For services performed in other states, local contractor licensing laws apply.
